Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: September 9, 2026
Welcome to CorriDex (accessible via https://corridex.online). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our multi-currency digital payment and platform services across Africa. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Corporate Identity & Cross-Border Framework
CorriDex is a financial technology platform legally registered in the Republic of Cameroon under OHADA uniform acts. Due to the cross-border nature of our services, our operations strictly align with the local central bank guidelines of our operating zones, including but not limited to BEAC (Central Africa), BCEAO (West Africa), CBN (Nigeria), CBK (Kenya), and SARB (South Africa).
2. Multi-Wallet & Local Currency Settlements
- CorriDex supports transactions across various African fiat currencies, including XAF, XOF, NGN, KES, ZAR, and others listed on the platform interface.
- Users are entirely responsible for confirming that their local mobile money provider (e.g., MTN MoMo, Orange Money, M-Pesa, Airtel Money) or banking institution matches the requested settlement currency before initiating a request.
- Exchange rates displayed on CorriDex fluctuate in real-time based on international market variables and liquidity providers. By initiating a transaction, you agree to the binding rate presented at checkout.
3. Payment Processing & Network Disruptions
- All cross-border mobile money and card transactions are securely routed via our authorized payment aggregation partners (e.g., PawaPay).
- CorriDex acts as a technology layer and is not liable for delayed settlements, network drops, or processing failures caused directly by third-party telecom operators (such as MTN, Orange, Safaricom, or Airtel) or regional commercial banks.
4. Pan-African Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
CorriDex maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cybercrime, and money laundering. In accordance with international Financial Action Task Force (FATF) standards and regional financial intelligence units (like ANIF, CENTIF, and FIC), we log and monitor all transaction patterns. We reserve the absolute right to freeze accounts, verify identities (KYC), and report suspicious activities to local authorities across all active jurisdictions without prior warning.
5. Custodial crypto wallets
Deposit addresses issued in your account are unique and live on their blockchains. CorriDex holds the corresponding private keys. Sending the wrong asset or using the wrong network can result in irreversible loss. Crypto deposits may be received before KYC; fiat payouts, buys and sends require an approved identity file.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be legally anchored by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon (our place of incorporation). Any operational or cross-border disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) or competent regional financial tribunals.
