Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 9, 2026
At CorriDex, we process real-time, cross-border digital transactions across multiple African currencies. Because digital assets and mobile money settlements clear instantly, please carefully review our refund policy before confirming any transaction.
1. Reversals on Successful Transactions
- All successfully processed transactions—whether executed via West African XOF, Central African XAF, Nigerian NGN, Kenyan KES, or South African ZAR—are final, binding, and non-reversible.
- Once you authorize a transaction by entering your Mobile Money PIN, completing a USSD prompt, or passing bank authentication, the funds are instantly moved. CorriDex cannot retrieve funds sent to an incorrect number, bank account, or wallet due to user error.
2. Failed Transactions and Processing Errors
- If funds are deducted from your local payment source (Mobile Money wallet or Bank account) but your CorriDex account fails to reflect the update due to an internal system error, a full reconciliation will be provided.
- Our backend monitoring systems cross-verify all failed hooks with our gateway processors. Verified system errors will be automatically corrected or refunded to the original payment source within 24 to 72 business hours, depending on the local network operator's clearing cycle.
3. Local Network Processing Fees
- Any intermediate processing fees, network taxes, or carrier levies charged by local telecom operators (e.g., MTN, Orange, Safaricom) at checkout are strictly non-refundable, as those network resources are consumed the moment the API call is initiated.
4. Dispute Lodging Support
If you have a transaction error, please reach out to our support team:
- Email: support@corridex.online
- Submission Details: To trace your fund path, you must provide your full name, your country of transaction, the specific currency used, the exact mobile number or bank account charged, and the official transaction reference string.
