How do I start?
Create an account, then open Crypto. BTC, ETH and USDT wallets are issued automatically — each with an address unique to you. KYC is only required to cash out fiat, buy with fiat, or send.
Do I need KYC for crypto?
No. You can generate wallets and receive crypto without KYC. Identity is required before fiat payouts, fiat deposits, buys and sends.
Are these real wallets?
Yes. Each address is a live on-chain address on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Solana and the other listed networks. Send only the matching asset on the matching network. CorriDex holds the keys (custodial) so the operator can credit and sweep funds.
How do fiat deposits credit?
Mobile money through PawaPay credits when the network confirms. Bank transfers stay open until credited. Use the same name and reference you entered.
How do I buy crypto?
Home → Buy. Spend NGN, XAF, XOF or any fiat you hold. You receive BTC, ETH, USDT and others at the quoted rate, in your CorriDex balance.
What is OTC?
Large or custom tickets settle privately on WhatsApp. Do not send funds until the quote is confirmed in that chat.

If the network took money but your balance did not move, wait 24–72 business hours for reconciliation, then email support@corridex.online with the reference. See the Refund policy.
